New FHWA Guidance for SP&R Program

FHWA staff will provide a brief presentation on the changes included in the new FHWA Guidance for the SP&R Program and open up a Q&A session. The purpose of the revised guidance is to assist State Departments of Transportation and FHWA staff in implementing the regulations contained in 23 CFR Part 420, Subpart B Research, Development, and Technology (RD&T) Transfer Program Management.
