Virtual National RAC and TRB State Representatives Meeting
July 20-23, 2020

[Meeting Materials are available below]

The 2020 National RAC and TRB State Representatives meeting will be virtual.  Sessions are scheduled from 12:30pm-4pm ET so that the majority of our time zones will be reasonable to attend.  Everyone interested in Research Management or any of the session topics is encouraged to attend with the exception of Monday, July 20, RAC Chat.  The Monday, Tuesday, Thursday sessions (except RAC Chat) will use the same Microsoft Teams Meeting link. The Wednesday sessions (Sweet Sixteen and two TRB sessions) require separate registration.

Meeting Guidelines

  • Familiarize yourself with the microphone and video buttons (generally in a bar at the bottom of your screen). In general, we ask participants to join muted and with video off until they ask a question.  Video on while you are speaking is preferred.
  • Most participants will have a Raise Hand feature that you can use if you have a question or concern. AASHTO will help us monitor this and hopefully the order.
  • Feel free to use the Chat option (caption icon in the features bar). Your chat goes to Everyone in the session.
  • We will experiment with a real-time virtual bulletin board/participant sharing system. This can be accessed at:  <Link to be shared soon.>
