Montana DOT (MDT) is seeking information with regard to Employee Lease Agreement Policy. MDT currently has housing available at certain remote maintenance sections to allow either the section supervisor or someone from the maintenance crew to live in. These locations can either be a house or a pad for an employee-supplied mobile home. We have the following questions:
1. Does your agency do the same? If yes, please respond to the remaining questions. If no, you are done.
2. How does your agency determine who may live at the property?
3. How does your agency determine the amount of rent charged?
4. How does your agency determine security and pet deposits amounts and if a monthly pet rent is charged?
