RAC Administration Task Force 

This task force will re​commend administrative policy to the RAC Leadership Board, and identify, investigate, and manage RAC administrative matters as directed by the RAC Leadership Board. Examples of issues that this task force should address include updating RAC operating guidelines, and managing and updating the content of the RAC web site. The task force will also facilitate the exchange of information and experiences among RAC members, especially new RAC members, through the deployment and use of educational and training materials.

The RAC Administration Task Force oversees the RAC Website Working Group, which is responsible for the content and management of the R&I/RAC website.


Active and Ongoing Projects

  • Review and update R&I/RAC Website content on a monthly basis.
  • Recommend agenda items for the RAC Winter Meeting held during the TRB Annual Meeting.
  • Coordinate the annual call for updates to the State DOT Research Fact Sheets posted on the R&I/RAC website.
  • Coordinate the bi-annual review and update of the RAC Task Force Membership Spreads​heet posted on the R&I/RAC website.
  • Review and update the RAC 101 webinar content as needed.
  • Develop discussion topics and coordinate the “Your Role in RAC: A Foundation for Best Practices” session held during the RAC Annual Meeting. 
  • Review and update the RAC Mentoring Guidelines on an annual basis.​
  • Provide guidance on RAC Task Force membership.
